These days my self care is to get outside as much as possible. The lilacs smell so amazing right now.

I really struggle with self-care. All of these areas are ones I need to work on! This morning I’m trying to savor my cup of tea instead of rush through it. Every little bit helps!

I love these ideas and how you have kept them simple to do. Just this evening I got asked by the grocery teller when the last time I went out by myself without my children. Sounds like its time for me to do some me-time again. Thanks for this gorgeous reminder. I’m pinning this so I don’t forget it

Great ideas! I need to practice this more.

    • Thank you! When my husband was a server, he’d come home with tons of change and we’d collect it for a long time and sometimes end up with upwards of 50 bucks. It felt like a free dinner!
