Now that the seasons are changing, it’s a great time to re-evaluate your self-care needs. I love taking a good hard look at myself and the changes I want to make as the seasons transition as well. One of my favorite ways to think about self-care is through the mind+body+soul lens. I LOVE this way of thinking about my self-care because we are multi-dimensional people! Self-care is not a one-size-fits-all responsibility.
Not only that, I know that my needs vary from day to day. Some days, my body is telling me to get up and moving because I have a bunch of energy and other times it tells me to rest. Or some days my mind feels overworked and needs to calm down, or it feels in a slump and needs to be stimulated. And then sometimes my heart and soul feels open and wanting to share with others, or it may feel burnt out and need some alone time. Whatever I feel, whatever I experience, there is a self-care activity to fit my needs.

30-Day Mind+Body+Soul Self-Care Challenge
My self-care challenge is unique because each day, you’ll alternate through either a mind-, body-, or soul-focused activity that will help you feel recharged, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day. Some of the activities will be all day activities. Others will take as little as a minute or two. However you choose to participate, take the time to tune into your mind+body+soul to get the maximum benefit from this challenge. Here’s to a happier, healthier month!
